Mentorship & Personal Development in Junior & Collegiate Golf

The road to collegiate and professional golf is a life-changing experience. In most cases, this is the first endeavor junior players have decided to succeed at in their lives.
At Achievers, we teach success stories from the lives of players who played junior golf growing up in North Carolina and had tremendous success in college and and are now finding success in professional golf. Through these success stories, we teach 9 core principles we believe are patterns of success that any player can learn, and those who follow the patterns of success will be the ones who win above the rest in junior and collegiate golf.

The dedication and commitment level of junior players in NC is astounding. Whether they know it or not, the way they are approaching their junior golf career is setting themselves up for how they will approach any career in the future. Our aim at Achievers is to help instill patterns of success that will serve them in college golf and in any career they choose to pursue after college.
  • After doing our 18 hole playing assessment, Josh and I decided that my putting was where we needed to develop our 45-day game plan. Six weeks after we started I shot my lowest tournament round ever, a 65 and won the TYGA Tournament of Champions by 7 strokes. I feel like working with Josh certainly played a part in that win.

  • I've known Josh Spell, the founder of this training system, for several years. I fully endorse the work he does working with players one-on-one and the audio training you can get in the Audio Training Library.

  • I listened to the first audio training Achievers made, it was awesome. I learned to let go of the bad play in the middle of my rounds. So the next day after listening to it I played in the TYGA High Point junior, made an 8 on a par 4 and followed that up with 3 birdies in a row! That audio definitely helped.
